how can i get a price on antique two gallon metal gas can made bye stancan i know its old?
i got an old gas can in ok condetion that says made by stancan (standard container co. homerville,georgia) its 2 us gallons (1.6 imperial gallons) and 7.570 litersits got some light rust on the bottom and top butt it dont leak and its missing the gass capp butt the rest off the can u could wash off with some soup and water and it would look preety good and all the righting is eazy to read what do u think it could be worth it still has the the plastic vent cover thats not broke i would apprciat an estimet if yall dont mind smithcliff85@yahoo.com thank u for your help
There is an online service that you can write a short description and send a picture and they will give an appraisal, mind you this may or may not be very accurate because they are doing this sight unseen the best would be to bring to a dealer, and he would/ should have contacts that will deal with all specific fields
