im having a disney world themed sweet sixteen and i want it too be exactly like if you went to disney world. so i want the same exact balloons they have. does anyone know where i can buy them in bulk?
Comb eBay every few days. There’s bound to be someone selling them there every now and then. Party stores. Google “mouse eared latex balloons”. Any thing you want to buy is “out there” if you research it online.
